For motor-vehicles traffic is closed and parking is prohibited as follows:
Poe Street – from Thursday, 15th of July from 10 pm until Monday, 19th of July 6 am
Jaani and Lutsu Streets – from Friday, 16th of July 6 pm until Sunday, 18th of July 6 pm
Lossi (Ülikooli Street - Gunpowder Cellar section) and Ülikooli (Town Hall square – Jaani Street section) streets from Saturday, 17th of July 6 am until Sunday, 18th of July 6 pm.
Access to mentioned areas is allowed for local residents and serving transportation.
On Friday, 16th of July, additional limitations on traffic movement is as follows: on Ülikooli Street from 6.30 pm to 6.45, on Vabaduse puiestee from 6.45 pm to 7 pm and on Munga Street from 7 pm to 7.10 pm.
To serve establishments on Town Hall square all traffic is requested to go through Kompanii Street due to the traffic limitations on Poe Street.
Parking lot for taxis based on the corner of the Town Hall square on Vabaduse puiestee is temporarily marked on the other side of the street on the first parking lots.
Town Hall square - Uueturu section on Vabaduse puiestee that is open for traffic will have speed limitation 30 km/h and warning sign will be put up of possible pedestrians on the street.
Harmonic Tartu Hanseatic Days are held for the 15th time this year and are this year cooperating with the Tartu 6th International Wind Music Festival Mürtsub pill (“Cheering Horn”). Tartu Hanseatic Days are supported and co-organized by the City of Tartu.
